Lead Time:

Standard lead time is 15-20 working days. Note that we work with a large number of suppliers and this figure can vary greatly between suppliers and can change during peak seasons. Please call for specific lead times regarding your needs.

Rush Services:

Most suppliers offer express services. Lead times can vary from 24 hours to 5 days. Rush services may limit the number of imprint colors, types of imprint, and products. Rush services may also incur additional charges.

Set Up Charges:

Many suppliers, printers, and embroiderers charge a fee for the initial set-up of the order. These charges also vary from supplier to supplier. Re-orders are usually exempt to set-up charges unless the artwork has undergone change of any sort.

Artwork Specifications:

Camera-Ready Artwork should accompany each order. The most favorable format is vector art in either an .eps or .ai file. We can accept artwork in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw. We will also accept .jpeg, .bmp, .tiff, .gif, Microsoft Office Programs, and hard copy (business cards, letter head etc.). Due to our commitment to quality, our design dept. reserves the right to make decisions about what is sufficient artwork. If clean-up, restoration, or typesetting is required, Art charges will apply. Shipping:

All shipping will be billed at cost. UPS Ground is the most used method of shipping. If you require faster delivery for a rush order, we can supply upgraded services.

Order Cancellation:

If an order is cancelled, billing will take place for any artwork that has been done up to the time of cancellation, including any re-stocking fees and freight.
